Ryan – I’m a bit new to the terminology you use. Could you define for me P200, P100. And I’m assuming the e1:00 is really the @ and the 1:00 means the start time for next rep?

Hi Dave. P200 = 200 Race pace, P100 = 100 Race pace. @1:00 signifies the interval. Sometimes my @ comes out like e
