  1. Hi, I understand the 200’s in this set but since there’s 6×150 do you do 2:10, 2:20, 2:30 and repeat or is there another pattern here? (And how much backstroke on the second 3 150’s?)
    For the 9×100, it says @1:30, 1:35, 1:40. Do I repeat this cycle three times or continue to increase time? Thanks in advance!
