The first set is just a primer for the main set of 48 x 50. The A-B-C part is different instructions for varying levels of fly ability within our group. We saw some awesome swims on the FPA (fastest possible average) parts and the on the last 6×50 especially

In the main set do you do the 1-3 twice to get the 6 that you then do 7 times through?
I get the A-C is for different groups but just wanting to check how you get 42 x50 from the setup

We did 1 kick, then the next two, then the next three for a total of 6. Rather than #1,#2,#3.
