Thanks so much for the distance set. My 14 year old boy did it this Saturday morning. Here are the results:
150: 1.36, 7, 7, 7, 5, 7, 7, 3, 3, 1,
100: 60, 60, 1, 60, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1. Ave: 61.5s
50: all 29. Last was 28.
This is probably his best ever performance and has filled him with confidence. It put him on the line and he had to deliver. Great for the mindset, which is his main problem in his races.
