I am a big proponent of making sure your butterfly swimming is with great rhythm and technique. In order to do that, keep it short and fast!

  1. We go 24 x 25 Fly 2 days a week on :30. We take a minute after 12. It’s great for counting kick and stroke cycles and getting a great short course feel for the stroke!
