Sprint Kick Sprint – The Speed Sandwich

This set was intended to test our ability to execute some short sprints with tired legs.  We did a total of 7 rounds.  The 25s remained the same from round to round, but the kick distance was 50, 100, 150, 200, 150, 100, and 50 by round.  Legs on fire!
