Rocket Off Your Walls!

We have been focusing on getting a better push off the wall consistently. For this set, the "vertical push-off" was squatting in 4' of water and then powering up into a streamline jump. For the underwater kicking, the paddle provides horizontal resistance during the underwater portion of the dolphin kicking.
