Help Your Teammate with this Kick Set

Kick Set. Partner slide means grabbing hands with your teammate who is moving in the opposite direction and slingshotting each other forward (mostly just a fun thing) FPA = fastest possible average.

My coach normally just has us do a 200 free for warmup then half hour dry. Zipper, turns, IM, Times for 50 and dives for 10.
