    Many thanks for your posting.

    Happy to see other Coach’s embracing the use of a, F R I M order with medley routine’s. Swimmers get great joy out of the variety of strokes also with the younger age group swimmers.It takes off the pressure when they are still adapting to the B/Fly.Yet from a coach’s prospective we will still achieved the same objectives.

    That of conditioning,a view of other strokes with transition. But more importantly it gives the athlete variety in their training sessions.Taking away those hours and hours of endless Front/Crawl lap after lap.
